Every programme begins with a detailed lighting survey: current fixture audit, lux level measurements, energy consumption baseline, and a specification proposal with projected savings. We provide clear ROI calculations so building owners and managing agents can make informed investment decisions.

All LED specifications comply with BS EN 12464-1 workplace lighting standards, with colour temperature (3000K/4000K) and CRI selected by area use. We specify DALI and 1-10V dimming compatibility where required, and integrate occupancy and daylight sensors for automated energy management. All products are commercial-grade with minimum 5-year manufacturer warranties.

For larger estates, LED retrofit programmes are phased by building, floor, or energy priority — highest consumption areas first to maximise early ROI. Programme phasing is managed through Contracts OS with per-phase reporting and savings tracking.

Installation scope includes like-for-like LED replacements, new luminaire installations, emergency lighting integration, and lighting control systems. We handle the full scope from survey through to commissioning, including disposal of old fittings in compliance with WEEE regulations.

For organisations with Carbon Reduction Plans or Net Zero commitments, we provide documented energy savings data based on calculated wattage reduction and carbon reduction figures that can be reported directly into sustainability frameworks. Carbon reduction figures are calculated using current DESNZ grid carbon emission factors, providing documented data suitable for PPN 06/21 Carbon Reduction Plan reporting and organisational sustainability frameworks.

For public sector organisations, LED retrofit programmes may qualify for Salix Finance interest-free funding. We support clients through the Salix application process, providing the energy savings calculations, product specifications, and payback projections required for funding approval.

All LED products are specified from commercial-grade manufacturers with minimum 5-year warranties. Warranty details are logged per site in Contracts OS, enabling proactive management of warranty claims and product replacements across multi-site portfolios.

All works are completed with updated lighting certificates and digital handover packs.
