Commercial Electrical Installation Services

Our installation scope covers low-voltage systems to BS 7671, including distribution board upgrades and replacements, mains power infrastructure, sub-main distribution, cable routing and containment systems, 3-phase power distribution, specialist equipment circuits, and temporary power installations. For live environment works, we follow structured isolation procedures with permit-to-work controls and phased circuit changeover protocols to maintain building services throughout the installation programme.

For smaller projects, we provide design-and-build delivery including cable sizing calculations, maximum demand assessments, and circuit design. For larger installations, we install to consultant or client specifications, contributing our site experience to the design development process. All installation is carried out by ECS Gold Card qualified electricians, with full compliance to BS 7671 and relevant Building Regulations.

For larger programmes, we provide detailed method statements, risk assessments, and phased installation plans that minimise disruption to building operations. Our project management approach includes weekly progress reporting, photographic evidence at each stage, and coordination with other trades where required.

Every installation is completed with a full suite of as-built documentation, test certificates, and a digital handover pack delivered within 48 hours. We maintain full traceability of materials, labour, and compliance records through our Contracts OS platform.

Every installation is supported by a 12-month defects liability period with documented snagging and remedial process. Defects are logged through Contracts OS with severity classification and tracked against SLA response times.
