About Pro Energise
The structured diversification arm of an established £8m+ trading group.
This Is Not a Startup
Pro Energise is a trading name of Pro EV Group Ltd (Company No. 12545575). All contracts are entered into by Pro EV Group Ltd. We are the structured electrical services arm of an established £8m+ trading group with 35+ vehicles and a fully employed operational workforce. We are not a general building contractor. We are not a price-led SME competing on cost alone.
We deliver governed electrical works — testing, installation, compliance upgrades, emergency systems, LED retrofits, EV infrastructure, and making good — across public sector, commercial, healthcare, industrial, and hospitality estates. Every project follows the same governance framework, regardless of scale.
Our operational maturity comes from years of delivering structured programmes for demanding clients. The systems, workforce, fleet, and compliance infrastructure were not built for Pro Energise — they were proven across thousands of installations before Pro Energise was established.
Pro EV Group Ltd is a registered SME. Appointing Pro Energise contributes directly to public sector and framework SME spend targets — a measurable procurement advantage for contracting authorities.
Pro EV Group Ltd files audited accounts with Companies House. Financial references, Dun & Bradstreet reports, and insurance schedules are available on request for framework applications and pre-qualification submissions.
Technology-Enabled, Compliance-Led
Every Pro Energise project is managed through our Contracts OS platform — a centralised system that tracks job progress, captures photographic evidence, generates KPI dashboards, and produces digital handover packs within 48 hours of completion.
This is not a spreadsheet. It is a structured data layer that feeds directly into framework KPI evidence, client reports, and tender submissions. Clients can access read-only dashboards showing real-time performance data across their programme.
Consistently high programme adherence and operational uptime across our delivery portfolio, tracked through Contracts OS. For full details of our governance framework, see our Governance & Compliance page.

Four principles that govern every decision, every project, every relationship.
Compliance Over Shortcuts
Every project follows the same governance framework — RAMS, method statements, photographic evidence, and digital handover. There are no exceptions for smaller scopes.
Transparency in Reporting
Clients access real-time KPI dashboards, monthly valuations, and structured progress reports. Performance data is shared, not hidden.
Measurable Social Value
Local labour percentages, apprenticeship hours, and SME spend are tracked and reported against auditable targets — not aspirational statements.

30-day payment terms to our supply chain. Transparent variation management. Clear scope definition before work begins.
Structured Delivery Within a 100-Mile Radius
Geographic focus that ensures consistent delivery, controlled costs, and rapid response times.
