Project Mobilisation
Every Pro Energise project follows a structured mobilisation process: contract review and scope confirmation within 48 hours of instruction, dedicated contract manager assignment within 5 working days, pre-start meeting with client stakeholders, site-specific RAMS development, competency verification for all assigned operatives, and material procurement aligned to the agreed programme. Mobilisation documentation is issued digitally through our Contracts OS platform before any site activity commences.
Supply Chain Governance
Every subcontractor undergoes formal pre-qualification before site access. Performance is tracked against SLAs, and contractors who breach thresholds are removed from the approved list.
Controls include
- Insurance verification at defined thresholds
- Financial stability review
- NAPIT / equivalent registration confirmation
- RAMS review and approval before site access
- SLA monitoring with defect tracking
- Quarterly approved contractor audit
- Formal removal process for non-compliance
Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Inclusive recruitment, transparent role advertising, and zero-tolerance discrimination policy enforced across all operations.

Governance Backed by Infrastructure
These controls are not policies written for a tender submission. They are operational systems embedded in an established £8m+ trading group with 35+ vehicles, an employed workforce, and a dedicated Contracts OS platform that has been proven across thousands of installations.
As an SME delivering with enterprise-grade governance, Pro Energise offers the responsiveness and accountability that larger contractors cannot match, with the systems and controls that smaller contractors do not have.
All accreditations, insurances, and certifications referenced on this page are held by Pro EV Group Ltd (Company No. 12545575), the legal entity behind Pro Energise. Certification references are available on request.
