Workforce Competency
All electricians hold ECS Gold Card certification as standard — the industry benchmark for verified competence. Non-electrical workforce members hold CSCS cards appropriate to their role. Highways works are covered by NRSWA and NHERS qualified operatives. Structured competency verification is aligned to job type, ensuring the right qualifications are deployed to the right project environment.
