We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about what information we collect and how we use it. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

  • Enquiry type (e.g. project enquiry, supply chain registration)

Vacancy Applications

When you apply for a role or register interest through our careers page, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Role interest
  • CV (uploaded as PDF or Word document)
  • Supporting message

Analytics Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated analytics data to understand how visitors use our website. This includes page views, referral sources, and general device/browser information. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries: To reply to your contact form submission and route it to the appropriate team member.
  • Processing applications: To review vacancy applications and contact candidates.
  • Improving our website: Anonymous analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where we can improve.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR, we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interest: Contact form submissions and vacancy applications are processed under legitimate interest — responding to enquiries and applications initiated by you.
  • Consent: Where we introduce optional marketing communications or newsletters in future, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your data for those purposes.

4. How We Store Your Data

Form submissions and application data are stored in a Supabase PostgreSQL database hosted within the European Union. Access is restricted through row-level security policies and requires authenticated API keys. CV files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access limited to authorised personnel.

5. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted.
  • Vacancy applications: Retained for 12 months from the date of submission. If your application is unsuccessful, your data is deleted after this period unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Analytics data: Anonymous and aggregated — retained indefinitely as it contains no personal information.

This website uses minimal cookies. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous usage data without setting persistent tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. Essential cookies may be set for website functionality (e.g. session management) and cannot be disabled.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct any inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: You can ask us to delete your personal data.
  • Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: You can object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interest.

9. Children's Data

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data through our forms, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
