What This Service Covers

Compliance upgrades address the remedial works identified during EICR testing and periodic inspections. We deliver structured programmes to resolve C1 (danger present), C2 (potentially dangerous), and C3 (improvement recommended) findings across single sites or multi-site portfolios.

Typical scope includes distribution board upgrades to current standards, earthing and bonding improvements, RCD protection installation, circuit segregation, cable containment upgrades, and the replacement of obsolete or non-compliant components.

We remediate from our own EICR testing or from third-party inspection reports. If you have existing EICR findings from another contractor, we can review, cost, and programme the remedial works without requiring re-testing — unless the report age or scope requires verification.

We prioritise remedial works by risk category, providing clear cost breakdowns and programme timelines for each phase. For managing agents and estates teams, this means transparent budgeting and a clear path from non-compliance to full certification.

During remedial works, concealed non-compliance may be discovered that was not identified during original testing. Our variation process captures additional findings with photographic evidence, provides immediate cost and programme impact assessment, and requires client approval before additional scope is executed. No surprise invoices.

All completed remedial works are re-tested and certified, with updated EICRs issued to confirm compliance. Digital handover packs include before-and-after photographic evidence, updated test certificates, and a summary of works completed against the original findings schedule.

All compliance upgrade programmes include making good as standard. Distribution board replacements, cable routes, and containment are finished to reinstatement standard by our in-house team under the same contract. No separate finishing contractor, no coordination gap.

For multi-site estate managers, our Contracts OS platform tracks compliance status across your entire portfolio: sites remediated, works outstanding, certificates updated, and next inspection due dates. Real-time compliance visibility replaces manual spreadsheet tracking.

Why Pro Energise

Testing-to-Compliance Continuity

We deliver both the initial EICR testing and the subsequent remedial works. This eliminates the coordination overhead of appointing separate contractors and ensures consistent interpretation of findings.

Transparent, Phase-by-Phase Budgeting

Remedial works costed per finding against the original EICR schedule, with C1 and C2 findings prioritised first. Estate managers see exactly what each phase costs before work begins.

Auditable Compliance Close-Out

Before-and-after photographic evidence, findings schedule reconciliation against the original EICR, updated test certificates, and complete digital handover. Every remedial action is traceable from finding to resolution.

Portfolio Compliance Tracking

For multi-site estate managers, our Contracts OS platform tracks compliance status across your entire portfolio: sites remediated, works outstanding, certificates updated, and next inspection due dates. Real-time compliance visibility replaces manual spreadsheet tracking.

Integrated Making Good

All compliance upgrade programmes include making good as standard. Distribution board replacements, cable routes, and containment are finished to reinstatement standard by our in-house team under the same contract. No separate finishing contractor, no coordination gap.
