Deanta

Electrical installation for a commercial manufacturing and distribution operation

£8m+ Group Revenue35+ VehiclesEmployed Workforce48-Hour Digital Handover
Project Overview

Scope of Works

Pro Energise delivered electrical installation works for Deanta's manufacturing and distribution operation. The programme included power infrastructure for new production lines, LED lighting retrofit across warehouse and office areas, distribution board upgrades, and making good to all affected surfaces.

The LED retrofit delivered measurable energy savings, with pre- and post-installation energy consumption data provided as part of the handover documentation. All works were completed under one contract with integrated making good.

Evidence of Capability

What This Project Demonstrates

  • Measurable energy savings — pre- and post-installation consumption data provided at handover
  • Evidence-based LED retrofit — energy reduction quantified and documented, not estimated
  • Multi-service delivery — power infrastructure, LED lighting, DB upgrades, and making good under one contract
  • Integrated making good — all affected surfaces reinstated by the same team
  • Production line power — new infrastructure to support additional production capacity
  • Single contractor simplification — reduced project management burden for the client

Commercial Electrical Installation Services

Power infrastructure for new production lines and distribution board upgrades across manufacturing and distribution areas.

Commercial LED Lighting Retrofit Programmes

LED lighting retrofit across warehouse and office areas. Pre- and post-installation energy consumption data captured and provided as part of the handover — demonstrating measurable energy savings rather than estimated projections.

Making Good & Building Reinstatement After Electrical Works

Reinstatement of all affected surfaces following electrical and lighting works. Delivered by the same team under the same contract, eliminating the coordination overhead of a separate reinstatement contractor.

Delivery Framework

Delivery Controls Applied

This project was delivered under Pro Energise's structured commercial delivery framework, including:

  • Pre- and post-installation energy consumption monitoring for LED retrofit areas
  • Single contract covering electrical installation, LED retrofit, and making good
  • Digital QA evidence capture including energy data and photographic records
  • Commissioning and documentation handover with energy performance data
  • Making good quality checked before area handback

Project delivery tracked through our Contracts OS management platform.

From 2026, all commercial projects are formally tracked against defined KPI measures.

Industrial & Logistics

Environment & Sector Context

Manufacturing and distribution operations require lighting that serves both productivity and safety. Warehouse areas need high-output lighting at significant mounting heights, while office areas require a different specification for screen-based work. The LED retrofit must address both environments within the same programme.

The energy savings documentation is particularly relevant for clients with sustainability reporting requirements. Providing pre- and post-installation data moves the LED retrofit from a capital expenditure into a measurable operational cost reduction with documented evidence — useful for board reporting and ESG disclosures.
