Connells Group
Structured compliance remedial programme across Connells Group's national branch portfolio — EICR findings prioritised, remediated, and re-certified with consolidated monthly reporting.
Scope of Works
Pro Energise delivered a planned electrical works programme across Connells Group's national office portfolio. The scope included EICR testing, prioritised remedial works, LED lighting retrofits, and distribution board upgrades across multiple branch locations.
The programme was managed centrally through Contracts OS, with individual site works scheduled around branch trading hours. Each location received a digital handover pack within 48 hours of completion, with consolidated reporting provided to the Connells Group estates team on a monthly basis.

Environment & Sector Context
Connells Group operates one of the UK's largest property services networks. Electrical works across a dispersed branch portfolio present specific logistical challenges: each location is a customer-facing environment with its own trading hours, site access constraints, and local management. The contractor must coordinate with multiple branch managers while maintaining centralised programme control.
The commercial retail environment demands minimal disruption — branches cannot close for electrical works. All works must be planned around trading hours, with customer areas returned to normal condition the same day. The dispersed geography requires a fleet-based delivery model with the capacity to service multiple locations simultaneously.
