Environment & Sector Context
Luxury hotels and spas operate in an environment where guest experience is the core product. Any evidence of construction works — visual, auditory, or olfactory — directly impacts the guest's perception of the property. Electrical works must be genuinely invisible to guests, not merely minimally disruptive.
The spa element adds complexity. Spa environments have specific requirements around humidity, ventilation, and water proximity that affect electrical installation design. Guest expectations in a spa setting are particularly high — the environment is intended to be tranquil, and any intrusion is immediately noticed.
